Why is Digital Marketing so important?

We are living in remarkable times - on the cusp of a massive transition period, the impact of which will be on par with that of the Industrial Revolution. Major technology forces are changing how we work and what we do, driving change on a scale seldom seen. It’s the Technology Revolution, and it’s creating rampant uncertainty and change. Digital Marketing and Search Engine Marketing are extremely important for any business in 2024. Over 98% of Internet users use search engines to find services and products. This presents a massive opportunity for businesses like yours to grow, and it's critical that small businesses are able to capture it today. The internet has become a daily part of our lives. The consumer market has taken a paradigm shift in its uptake of technology. What's more, over 50% of search engine users in Australia are using their mobiles for finding products and services, we're also seeing a massive increase in voice searches - We can help you capture this audience, as well as standard desktop users. Professional Digital Marketing ensures that your business has the necessary digital footprint to rank high in search results, and more importantly, get you results. Without high rankings or online visibility, your business has very little chance of gaining new customers online. It's a super competitive world out there! Not everyone is technologically certified, and that's fine, if you work with us - we'll remove all of the complexity for you and get you the results that you want and need, today!

Do you provide any kind of guarantee?

We offer a guarantee that we will increase the number of leads and the customers that you receive. This is our main focus for our clients, we want you to grow and thrive! One thing worth noting, no SEO or SEM company can guarantee a number #1 position or specific ranking for your site for a given keyword phrase. If they claim that they can, run a mile! There are simply too many variables involved in determining specific placement within each search engines results page due to the bidding mechanism of Google Ads. We're a Google Ads and SEO Agency in Sydney, Australia; our senior consultants have worked with the largest brands (think, Microsoft, Commonwealth Bank, Citrix, QBE, Woolworths Group) and that should give you the confidence that you're dealing with real people, with real experience, that understand you and your business.

How much does SEO cost?

The cost of SEO in Australia can vary depending on various factors such as the size of your website, the competitiveness of your industry, and the scope of the SEO campaign. We believe in transparent pricing, and we provide custom quotes based on a thorough evaluation of your requirements. Our team will assess your website, conduct comprehensive keyword research, analyse your competition, and create a strategy to achieve your SEO goals. To get an accurate estimate of the cost for your SEO project, we recommend contacting us directly. Our friendly team will be happy to discuss your needs, provide a detailed proposal, and answer any other questions you may have. Remember, investing in professional SEO services can yield significant long-term benefits by improving your website's visibility, attracting more organic traffic, and boosting your online presence. Our aim is to provide high-quality SEO solutions that deliver tangible results within your budget.

How long does the optimisation process take?

This depends on the business requirements, the competitiveness of the keywords, and the budget we are given to work with, and the requirements to reach the top positions. A business in a low competition area will obviously take less time than a complex business with highly competitive terms. Generally speaking, we can deliver initial results within a 6-9 month period but will caveat that the budget needs to be assigned towards adequate high-authority link acquisition - we will assess this during our research process prior to you becoming a customer. Everything is data-driven here. Being a Digital Marketing and Adwords Agency in Sydney, we've done work with lots of businesses across Australia over the years - and we're excited to talk to you and how we can help you.

What are your Terms of Service?

Our Standard Terms of Service can be viewed here. For more complex arrangements, we will issue you a Statement of Work along with our Master Services Agreement.

Do we guarantee first-page rankings?

Marketix does not guarantee first-page rankings. SEO results are influenced by numerous factors beyond any agency's full control. Beware of agencies promising specific rankings; our aim is to provide sustainable growth and improved visibility over time.

What makes us different from other SEO agencies?

Marketix specialises solely in SEO, PPC, and Google Ads, unlike generalist agencies. This focus allows us to develop deep expertise, offering tailored strategies that adapt swiftly to search engine updates and industry shifts, ensuring our clients receive the most effective service possible. We also have some of the most in-depth, enterprise-grade systems and processes for delivering our work. These have been tested with our large portfolio of test websites, of which we also rank #1 for many of them.

What size businesses do we work with?

We cater to all business sizes, from small start-ups to large enterprises. However, most of our clients fall within the medium to large category. Our services are customised to each business's needs, scaling strategies to match the complexity and goals of each client.

How long does it take to get results?

Results vary, but based on our history with clients, improvements typically manifest between 6 to 12 months. Our approach is grounded in consistent performance analysis and strategic adjustments to optimise outcomes over time. Be sure to check out our case studies for real client examples and typical timeframes for results.

How do we handle changes in Google's algorithm?

Our team stays current with Google's updates to ensure strategies remain effective. When changes occur, we adjust our methods promptly to mitigate any negative impacts on your search rankings. This proactive approach is integral to maintaining and improving your SEO performance.

AI SEO Agency

Marketix is an Australian-based AI SEO Agency helping businesses rank across AI-generated search results in ChatGPT, Google’s Search Generative Experience, and Bing Copilot.

 Rank #1 in AI-driven search results

 Generate qualified leads and sales

 Dominate AI-generated visibility

Marketix builds visibility for brands in a search environment shaped by artificial intelligence. The agency focuses on positioning businesses inside AI-generated answers where user attention is shifting. Its data-driven approach helps companies across Australia stay visible, attract qualified leads, and turn organic exposure into measurable sales.

Search is changing. People now ask ChatGPT, Gemini, and Bing Copilot instead of typing traditional queries. Answers appear directly in conversation windows, reducing the need to browse multiple results. That shift means brands must appear in those generated responses to stay visible.

Marketix develops AI SEO strategies that fit this new search environment. Its campaigns are built to make content discoverable, cited, and surfaced by AI engines. Every optimisation aims to help your business gain visibility where real users interact with conversational search tools.

AI SEO focuses on visibility within AI-powered summaries and answers rather than standard rankings.

• Semantic Optimisation: Marketix crafts content to match user intent and contextual meaning recognised by AI algorithms.

• Structured Data Integration: Schema and metadata are applied to improve how AI systems interpret website information.

• Generative Answer Inclusion: Pages are formatted to increase their chance of being referenced in AI-generated overviews.

• Entity Mapping: Brand and topic relationships are strengthened so AI engines can identify authoritative sources.

• Conversational Keyword Targeting: Keywords are written in natural language, matching the phrasing users use when interacting with AI chat systems.

Search patterns have changed dramatically. People now rely on AI assistants and generative platforms for answers instead of scanning through long result lists. Brands that adapt early are gaining lasting visibility advantages.

• AI Search Domination: Businesses that integrate AI SEO early are more likely to appear in high-visibility AI summaries and responses before the market becomes crowded. This helps them secure early ownership of key topics.

• Higher Click-Through Rates: AI-generated snippets often highlight one or two trusted sources. Appearing within these summaries increases engagement, as users tend to click through cited websites for deeper information.

• Authority and Trust Signals: Generative engines prioritise verified, well-structured, and contextually relevant content. Brands that maintain consistent authority through SEO gain repeated citations across platforms.

• Sustainable Growth: Once recognised by AI systems, content continues to surface organically in responses, creating ongoing exposure without additional ad spend.

• Future-Proof Marketing: Adapting now ensures your business remains visible as AI-driven search becomes the default user experience. Early preparation prevents loss of visibility later.

Generative AI depends on structured and accurate data. A technically sound website helps AI systems identify relevance, connect topics, and interpret meaning correctly.

• Speed and Indexability: Fast-loading websites are prioritised by both traditional crawlers and AI models. We optimise site architecture and hosting for performance and accessibility.

• Schema Implementation: Structured data is applied across pages to describe your business, services, and products in a way AI engines can interpret easily. This improves your inclusion in generative responses.

• Canonical Clean-Up: Duplicate pages or conflicting URLs confuse AI systems and dilute authority. Marketix audits and consolidates all variations to maintain clear, unified signals.

• Mobile and UX Refinement: Mobile-first indexing is now standard. We improve usability and layout for all screen sizes, helping AI engines measure positive user engagement.

• Data Integrity: Technical audits verify XML sitemaps, robots.txt, HTTPS configurations, and security measures. Clean data builds long-term trust and stability with AI-powered crawlers.

Content for AI SEO requires clarity, factual grounding, and natural structure. Marketix combines technical precision with strategic messaging to help AI systems identify and quote your business as a reliable source.

• Entity-Based Copywriting: Our writers use terminology and references recognised by AI engines, aligning your content with industry-specific data sources and language models.

• Natural Language Enhancement: We adapt tone, phrasing, and sentence structure to match real conversational queries that people ask within AI tools like ChatGPT and Bing Copilot.

• Data-Driven Articles: Each article includes data, statistics, and references that improve factual reliability. AI platforms prefer sources that contain verifiable information.

• Use Case Guides: We create detailed guides addressing real problems and practical examples relevant to your audience. This increases the likelihood of being featured in contextual AI answers.

• Editorial Calibration: Every piece of content undergoes expert review to confirm accuracy, readability, and consistency. The result is high-quality, trustworthy copy that performs across AI and organic search.

AI platforms now integrate local data to make their results more relevant. Even global brands need strong regional signals to appear in location-based searches. Marketix helps businesses build visibility within Australian search environments and AI platforms that prioritise geography.

• Google Business Optimisation: Every business profile is updated with accurate information, including services, operating hours, and location details. Local data consistency improves rankings in AI-generated maps and summaries.

• Regional Case Studies: We create localised content showing successful client outcomes in Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. These stories strengthen regional credibility and help attract enterprise clients.

• Local Partnerships: Collaborations with local technology groups, AI startups, and university programs build authentic authority and referral links.

• Geo-Targeted Content: Each page and article can be tailored to specific cities or states. This makes it easier for AI systems to understand your coverage area.

• Event Visibility: Marketix highlights your participation in Australian tech conferences and local business events, giving additional signals of authenticity and relevance.

AI SEO Performance Tracking

Accurate tracking is the foundation of any successful AI SEO campaign. Marketix uses advanced analytics to measure every factor influencing visibility, engagement, and conversions.

• Visibility Reporting: Reports show where your brand appears in AI-generated results across ChatGPT, Google SGE, and Bing Copilot. You can see how often your content is referenced in conversational search.

• Conversion Analytics: Data on demo requests, calls, form submissions, and trial sign-ups is linked directly to AI search visibility. This connects rankings to real outcomes.

• Traffic Attribution: Marketix combines multiple data sources to show how AI-driven mentions contribute to organic growth, helping you identify the best-performing pages and queries.
